From our Pastor...
Let me firstintroduce myself. My name is Wayne McMillian. I was born in Monroeville, Alabama, but God has allowed my family and me to travel and work in many places in the world. Presently, we consider it a privilege to be in Mexia. For those interested, I hold a Mdiv in Religion and Family Therapy.
For many years, I searched for true meaning in my life. I have found that truth working among God's People, whether it be in a mud hut in Africa, on the streets of the Middle East, along the cobblestone streets of Europe, or in many places and faces of America.
Our desire is for you to visit Mexia Baptist Church. Please accept this as my personal invitation. You are welcome. Our services have a unique "mission" flavor most find refreshing.
Our Church is a country church with a community heart. It is nice to be in a place where everyone cares. Come and find your place of service among us.
